  • We feel better cutting out dairy & bread!

    We made a concious decision this year to cut out dairy and wheat from our diet, and cannot believe how much more energy we have. Instead we have been juicing, smoothy making and cooking fresh meals, we've even found a way to make cake one of your 5 a day. There's always a choice :)
